Team schedule page
Use with: build-website. Resume line when done: Built and maintained the schedule site for {team} — live at {url}
Brief
A page for your team's season that teammates check instead of texting you. Every game with date, time, location, and opponent, plus results filled in as they happen. The build takes days; the value comes from you updating it every week for the rest of the season. A schedule that stops being current stops being checked.
Personalize
- Your team. The one you play on or manage, with a season underway or about to start, so there is something to update.
- What a teammate needs at a glance. Probably this week's game and where it is. Put that at the top, above the full season table.
- Your update ritual. Pick the day and time you enter results, and write it in the README so it survives your motivation.
Milestones
- This week's game live at a URL, day one, unstyled.
- The full season entered: dates, times, locations, opponents.
- A results column, filled in for games already played.
- Styled for a phone, since that is where teammates will open it.
- Link shared with the team, and their first complaints fixed.
- Two consecutive weeks of results posted within a day of the game. Final README.
Done means
- Live URL responding; readable on a phone
- Full season entered with locations and times
- Results current through the most recent game
- At least two teammates have used it, named in the README
- At least 8 commits across at least 5 distinct days, authored by you
- SESSIONS.md has an entry per session, written by you
