Brief
One newsletter issue that wraps your team's season for the people who lived it: results, the moments, the bus story everyone already tells. Written by you and sent to the players and parents. You gather the material and do the writing; the agent helps organize and trim. It reads like it came from inside the team, because it did.
Personalize
- The team. Yours, this season. The recap only works for a season you spent on the roster or the bench.
- The material. Scores from the league page or your own records, photos from parents' phones with their okay, the moments you would retell anyway.
- The tone call. A losing season can still get a great recap. Decide whether this issue is funny, proud, or both, and hold that line all the way through.
Milestones
- The season's record assembled: every result in order, checked against someone else's memory or the league page.
- The moments list, five to ten, gathered by asking teammates what they remember.
- Full draft written by you.
- Photos collected with permission, captioned, every name spelled right.
- Sent to the team list and posted at a link the team can revisit.
