The family reunion page

Brief
One page for the reunion your family is planning: date, place, directions, who has confirmed, what each household is bringing. The page replaces the twenty-message threads where this information keeps getting lost. It goes in the group chat and gets checked from there until the day of the event.
Personalize
- The reunion. A real family gathering with a date within reach: a reunion, a big birthday, a holiday everyone travels for. If nothing is planned, this project is what gets one planned.
- The organizer. Someone is already herding this event, probably an aunt or a grandparent. They are your client. They approve the page before it goes to the chat, and their corrections win.
- What people keep asking. Listen to the group chat for a week. The questions that repeat are your sections.
Milestones
- Sit with the organizer and collect the facts: date, address, start time, parking, what still needs deciding.
- One page live at a URL with those facts, checked by the organizer.
- Confirmed list and bring list added, updated by you as replies come in through the chat.
- Directions section done properly: address that opens in a map app, plus the one instruction maps get wrong for that place.
- Link posted in the family group chat by the organizer, and you update the page as questions come in.
- After the event, a photo and a line about how it went. Final README.
Done means
- Live URL responding; readable on a phone
- Organizer's sign-off recorded in the README before the link went out
- The link was posted in the family chat and the page answered at least one question that would otherwise have been re-asked
- Names appear only for people who said yes to being listed
- At least 8 commits across at least 5 distinct days, authored by you
- SESSIONS.md has an entry per session, written by you
